Birthday-3

A birtday cake covered with pink fondant and ornamented with hand crafted sugar lilies on the sides and big present bow at the top. The name of the birthday girl's name is written on sugar. Finally cake is wrapped with chocolate band at the bottom sides.
Inside of the cake: White vanilla cake with krokan (pistachios and caramelized sugar) completed with light whipping cream.

 A Birthday cake coveredwith homemade butter cream and accompanied by gumpaste shiny orchids and ornamented with royal icing is a master piece. 2 tier is way enough to entartain 50-60 guests. Name: Canguzel Birthday Cake because this cake was made  for Dr. Canguzel's birthday in 2008.

Orchids from the top of the cake are flowing down to the 1st tier.

Canzi Cake: For 8 people. This cake is named as Canzi, because it was specifically made for Dr. Canguzel Zulfikar.

 Everyone loves a birthday cake with shiny chocolate ganaj, enough for 16-20 people. This is my daughter's 3rd cake to support the original Tinker Bell themed birthday cake.

Thinker Bell Theme Cake:  1st Birthday (July 11th, 2008). This cake was enough for 40 people.
